Workers received a 15 million dollar bonus |

The boss of the Grenda Bus Company paid out a 15 million dollar bonus to his workforce. The workers received the bonus after the bus company was sold to a new owner for 400 million dollars. I wish more employers in the world would take that as an example and share a part of their profits. Because that is real motivation for an employee! Cuts of wages and other benefits don’t work.
